Who is responsible for elevator shaft preparation?

The contract should assign civil works, openings, embedded items, waterproofing, power, scaffolding, lifting and corrections between the builder and elevator contractor.

What is excluded from elevator after-sales support?

Typical exclusions include unsafe work, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, external power problems, water damage, misuse and normal wear unless contract terms state otherwise.

What is a machine-room-less elevator?

What is the difference between OEM and compatible elevator parts?
