China Issued 2025 Version of National Standard for Technical Specification of Elevator Emergency Rescue Platform
On October 15, 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China officially issued the national standard GB/T 46202-2025 Technical Specification for Elevator Emergency Rescue Platform, which will be officially implemented on May 1, 2026. This standard is the first national basic standard in the field of elevator emergency rescue in China. The core contents include: First, clarify the scope of application of the standard, covering the design, development, deployment, operation and maintenance, data interaction and application of provincial, municipal and county-level elevator emergency rescue platforms, applicable to the whole process of supervision, scheduling and disposal of elevator emergency rescue. Second, establish the system architecture of the elevator emergency rescue platform, standardize the four-layer system architecture of the data layer, service layer, application layer and display layer, and clarify the functional requirements and technical specifications of each layer. Third, unify the data specifications of elevator emergency rescue, formulate unified coding, data format and transmission protocol for elevator basic information, fault information, alarm information, rescue information and disposal information, to realize data intercommunication and sharing between different platforms. Fourth, standardize the core functional requirements of the elevator emergency rescue platform, and clarify the platform functional standards for alarm acceptance, hierarchical scheduling, rescue disposal, process monitoring, statistical analysis, emergency drills, and information release. Fifth, refine the hierarchical response mechanism for elevator emergency rescue, formulate four-level emergency response standards according to the elevator entrapment scenario and risk level, and clarify the response process, disposal time limit and responsible subject of different levels. Sixth, clarify the platform security and operation and maintenance requirements, and formulate technical specifications for data security, network security, system security, and operation and maintenance guarantee to ensure the safe and stable operation of the platform. Seventh, standardize the platform test and acceptance requirements, and formulate the process, methods and qualification criteria for platform function test, performance test and security test. The release of this standard solves the industry pain points of inconsistent data, inconsistent standards and uncoordinated scheduling of the national elevator emergency rescue platform, and comprehensively improves the disposal efficiency and safety level of elevator emergency rescue in China.
