Additional requirements for accessible goods-only lifts:

Car internal dimensions must allow entry and turning of standard wheelchairs

Control buttons should be at a height between 0.9m and 1.2m

Equipped with voice prompt system

Adequate lighting and ventilation in the car

Emergency call device should be easy to operate

This standard applies to traction, positive drive and hydraulic goods lifts with a rated load capacity not exceeding 5000kg.
