China Elevator Association Released the Group Standard T/CEA 0132-2026 Technical Specification for Elevator Predictive Maintenance System
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Elevator Association, and is jointly compiled by the National Elevator Quality Inspection and Testing Center, domestic universities and intelligent operation and maintenance technology enterprises. It is applicable to the design, development, deployment, application and operation and maintenance of predictive maintenance systems for traction-driven lifts, hydraulic lifts, escalators and moving walks, and is the core supporting technical standard for on-demand maintenance and intelligent operation and maintenance of elevators. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the overall architecture of the elevator predictive maintenance system, clarifying the core functions and technical requirements of each level according to the five-level architecture of "perception layer - transmission layer - platform layer - application layer - security layer", and constructing a standardized framework for the elevator predictive maintenance system; second, standardizing the equipment status data collection requirements, clarifying the monitoring parameters, collection frequency, collection accuracy and data transmission standards of the core elevator components, formulating a full-coverage status monitoring parameter list for core equipment such as drive main engine, door system, guide rail, steel wire rope, control system and safety components, and unifying the interface specifications and communication protocols for data collection; third, refining the specifications for prediction model construction and algorithm, clarifying the construction process, training method, verification standard and iterative update requirements of the elevator fault prediction model, and formulating the performance indicators and accuracy requirements of the prediction model for high-frequency fault scenarios such as elevator door system failure, drive system abnormality, steel wire rope wear, guide rail deformation and brake failure; fourth, clarifying the closed-loop specifications for fault early warning and disposal, formulating the classification standards for elevator fault early warning (level 1 early warning, level 2 early warning, level 3 early warning), clarifying the trigger conditions, push objects, disposal process and closed-loop management requirements of different levels of early warning, and realizing the whole process closed-loop management of "monitoring - early warning - disposal - verification"; fifth, improving the system functional specifications, formulating special requirements for the four core functional modules of the elevator predictive maintenance system, including equipment whole life cycle status management, fault prediction and health management, intelligent scheduling of maintenance tasks, and statistical analysis of operation and maintenance data, covering the whole scenario requirements of elevator intelligent operation and maintenance; sixth, strengthening the network and data security specifications, clarifying the technical requirements for network security, data security, access control and emergency disposal of the elevator predictive maintenance system, adapting to the national industrial Internet security standards and global data compliance requirements; seventh, establishing a system test and evaluation system, formulating the methods and standards for functional test, performance test, accuracy test, compatibility test and security test of the elevator predictive maintenance system, and establishing a system classification evaluation system, providing a unified judgment basis for system development, acceptance and application. The implementation of this standard comprehensively promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of the operation and maintenance mode of China's elevator industry, leads the standardized development of global elevator predictive maintenance technology, and also provides standardized technical support for the global export of China's elevator intelligent operation and maintenance system and predictive maintenance solutions, further enhancing the core competitiveness of China's elevator intelligent technology in the global market.
