Core contents of the standard: First, system technical requirements, clarifying that the remote inspection system must have six core functions: data collection, real-time transmission, video monitoring, remote control, data storage, and security encryption, with data transmission delay ≤200ms and video definition not less than 1080P; Second, inspection item specification, clarifying the scope of items that can be inspected remotely, including 32 items in 5 categories: operating parameters, safety device functions, door system status, equipment operation logs, and video monitoring, covering 80% of conventional elevator inspection items; Third, data security requirements, remote inspection data must comply with the requirements of the Data Security Law, adopt end-to-end encryption, storage period is not less than 5 years, traceable and tamper-proof; Fourth, inspection process specification, unifying the whole process requirements of remote inspection application, environment confirmation, project inspection, result judgment, and report issuance. Inspectors must hold special equipment inspection qualification certificates; Fifth, equipment adaptation requirements, clarifying the installation, commissioning and calibration requirements of elevator remote inspection terminals, which must be compatible with the elevator control system and shall not affect the normal and safe operation of the elevator.
