National Standard GB/T 46151-2025 Electrical Requirements for Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks - Information Transmission and Control Safety in Effect
Core technical requirements: first, information transmission safety, control signals and data signals are transmitted separately, adopting AES-256 encryption, transmission links redundant design, preventing data tampering and theft; second, communication protocol specification, uniformly adopting Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT and other security protocols, supporting mutual authentication, access control, prohibiting the use of plaintext protocols; third, anti-interference capability, the electrical system must pass EMC Level 3 test, radiation interference limit ≤30dBμV/m, stable operation under ±20% voltage fluctuation; fourth, network isolation, the elevator control network and the public Internet are physically isolated, only whitelist IPs are allowed for remote access, and firewalls, intrusion detection systems are set up; fifth, control safety, adding permission classification, operation logs, abnormal self-diagnosis functions, automatic blocking of misoperations, and fault self-recovery rate ≥95%. After implementation, elevator network security incidents are reduced by 90%, providing security guarantee for the large-scale application of smart elevators.
