T/CEA 8015-2026 Elevator Energy Efficiency Assessment Officially Implemented in September 2026
Core contents of the standard: First, unified assessment methods, stipulating the basic methods and calculation models for elevator energy efficiency assessment, including calculation methods for operating energy consumption, standby energy consumption, braking energy consumption, and auxiliary energy consumption; Second, standardized assessment processes, unifying the application, on-site testing, data analysis, report preparation and review processes for elevator energy efficiency assessment; Third, energy efficiency grade division, dividing elevator energy efficiency into five grades: A, B, C, D, E, and clarifying the energy consumption limits for each grade; Fourth, energy saving transformation evaluation, stipulating the energy efficiency evaluation methods and energy saving effect calculation methods for energy saving transformation of in-service elevators; Fifth, assessment institution requirements, clarifying the qualification requirements and personnel requirements for institutions engaged in elevator energy efficiency assessment.
