This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Elevator Association, and is jointly compiled by the National Remanufacturing Technology Research Institute and domestic elevator remanufacturing enterprises. It is applicable to the complete remanufacturing of in-service elevators with a service life of more than 10 years, as well as the remanufacturing of core components such as traction machines, control cabinets, door machine systems and safety components. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the general principles of elevator remanufacturing, clarifying that elevator remanufacturing must follow the basic principles of "performance upgrading, safety compliance, green and low-carbon, traceable", stipulating that the performance and safety indicators of the remanufactured elevator must not be lower than the requirements of current national standards for new elevators, and the performance of remanufactured core components must meet the new product standards; second, standardizing the remanufacturing design and evaluation requirements, clarifying the safety assessment, performance testing and failure analysis process before elevator remanufacturing, formulating the remanufacturability evaluation standard, and formulating the graded remanufacturing scheme design specifications for elevators with different service lives and different working conditions; third, refining the technical requirements for the remanufacturing production process, formulating the whole-process technical specifications for old parts disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, processing and assembly, clarifying the repair process and performance recovery requirements of core components, prohibiting the use of technologies and materials explicitly eliminated by the state, and encouraging the use of advanced remanufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, surface engineering and 3D printing; fourth, improving the inspection and acceptance standards for remanufactured products, formulating the factory inspection, type test items and judgment standards for remanufactured elevator complete machines and core components, clarifying the on-site installation acceptance and supervision inspection requirements for remanufactured elevators, mandating that remanufactured elevators must pass the inspection of a third-party institution before being put into use; fifth, establishing a traceability system for remanufactured products, clarifying the unique identification coding rules for remanufactured elevators, requiring remanufacturing enterprises to establish a complete remanufacturing file, recording the source of old parts, remanufacturing process, inspection data and delivery information, to realize the traceability of the whole life cycle of remanufactured products; sixth, standardizing the warranty and operation and maintenance requirements for remanufactured products, clarifying that the warranty period of the remanufactured elevator complete machine is no less than 2 years, and the warranty period of core remanufactured components is no less than 3 years, formulating special requirements for regular maintenance and regular inspection of remanufactured elevators, to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of remanufactured elevators. The implementation of this standard has comprehensively standardized the development of China's elevator remanufacturing industry, promoted the green, low-carbon and circular development of the elevator industry, helped achieve the national dual-carbon strategic goal, and also provided standardized technical support for the global export of China's elevator remanufacturing technology and products, adapting to the market demand of global old elevator renewal and transformation.
