Only the occupation of exclusive parts requires the consent of the corresponding owners; Second, upgraded subsidy standard, 100,000 yuan per unit for residences with 6 floors and below, 150,000 yuan per unit for 7-9 floors, 200,000 yuan per unit for 10 floors and above, with financial funds directly transferred to the owner's account; Third, simplified approval process, implementing "one-window acceptance, joint review, parallel approval", the approval time limit is compressed to 15 working days, and eligible projects can be exempted from applying for construction project planning permits; Fourth, conflict mediation mechanism, sub-districts and communities set up mediation studios for elevator installation, coordinate interest differences between high and low floor owners, and provide legal aid; Fifth, follow-up management, clarify the maintenance, renewal, and fund management responsibilities of the installed elevators, and encourage them to be included in the unified property management of the community.
