Mandatory National Standard GB 37977-2026 Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements and Test Methods for Elevator Equipment Released
Applicable to all elevators, escalators and control equipment, core technical requirements:
first, radiation emission limit, electromagnetic radiation of elevator control cabinet, main engine, door operator, communication module must comply with Class B civil equipment limit (30MHz-1GHz band: ≤30dBμV/m), strictly prohibiting interference with surrounding mobile signals, WiFi, medical instruments, aviation navigation equipment;
second, anti-interference ability (EMS), elevators must pass five anti-interference tests: electrostatic discharge (ESD), radio frequency electromagnetic field, fast transient, surge, voltage dip, maintaining stable operation in strong electromagnetic environment without malfunction, shutdown, out of control;
third, shielding and grounding specification, requiring elevator control cabinet, cable, main engine to adopt double-layer shielding, metal grounding, filter circuit design, grounding resistance ≤4Ω, shielding layer continuous conduction, suppressing electromagnetic leakage;
fourth, unified test method, clarifying standard process, test equipment and qualification criteria for darkroom test, field test, simulated interference, adding special EMC test items for IoT elevators, intelligent control systems;
fifth, certification and supervision, elevator products must pass EMC type test and affix mandatory certification mark before leaving factory, imported elevators need to provide international EMC certification certificate, joint random inspection by customs and market supervision departments.
After implementation, it will completely solve elevator electromagnetic interference problem, providing safety guarantee for elevator application in sensitive scenarios such as hospitals, airports, data centers, communication base stations.
