On November 20, 2025, the South African Exhibition Company officially issued an official announcement, confirming that the 2026 South Africa International Elevator Exhibition (Africa Lift Expo 2026) will be held at the Johannesburg Exhibition Center in South Africa from November 11 to 13, 2026. Founded in 2019 and held every two years, the exhibition is the largest and most professional exclusive exhibition for the elevator industry in South Africa and Africa, and is the core business platform for global elevator enterprises to enter the South African and African markets. The core planning of this exhibition includes: First, the total exhibition area is 9,000 square meters, and it is expected to attract 170 exhibitors from more than 16 countries around the world, with exhibits covering the whole industrial chain products and technologies such as complete elevator machines, escalators, moving walks, core components, intelligent control systems, maintenance equipment, and green energy-saving technologies. Second, the Africa Elevator Industry Development Summit Forum will be held at the same time, inviting industry regulatory agencies, industry associations and technical experts from African countries such as South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and Egypt to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as African market access policies, elevator standard updates, infrastructure construction cooperation, and old elevator transformation.
