On November 25, 2025, Asansör Dergisi of Turkey officially issued an official announcement, confirming that the 20th 2027 Turkey Istanbul International Elevator Exhibition (Asansör Istanbul 2027) will be held at the Istanbul International Exhibition Center in Turkey from May 6 to 9, 2027. Founded in 1987 and held every two years, the exhibition is the oldest, largest and most professional exclusive exhibition for the elevator industry in the Eurasian border area, and is the core business platform for global elevator enterprises to enter the Turkish, Eastern European, Middle Eastern and Central Asian markets. This exhibition marks the 40th anniversary of its founding, and the core planning includes: First, the total exhibition area is 35,000 square meters, and it is expected to attract 480 exhibitors from more than 30 countries around the world, with exhibits covering the whole industrial chain products and technologies such as complete elevator machines, escalators, moving walks, core components, intelligent control systems, maintenance equipment, and green energy-saving technologies. Second, the Eurasian Elevator Industry Development Summit Forum will be held at the same time, inviting industry regulatory agencies, industry associations and technical experts from Eurasian countries such as Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and Iran to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as Eurasian market access policies, mutual recognition of elevator standards, cross-border trade cooperation, and old elevator transformation. Third, set up an innovative technology characteristic exhibition area, focusing on displaying cutting-edge products and solutions such as special elevators suitable for seismic zones and alpine regions, intelligent elevators, energy-saving elevators, home elevators, and barrier-free elevators. Fourth, the International Elevator Maintenance Personnel Skills Competition and Elevator Design Innovation Competition will be held at the same time to promote the technological innovation and skill level improvement of the elevator industry in Eurasia. Fifth, it is expected to attract more than 35,000 professional visitors from Eurasia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and other regions, covering core procurement groups such as construction developers, elevator distributors, engineering contractors, property management companies, and government bidding and procurement departments.
