On November 15, 2025, the New Zealand Elevator Association officially issued an official announcement, confirming that the 2026 New Zealand International Elevator Exhibition (New Zealand Lift Expo 2026) will be held at the ASB Exhibition Center in Auckland, New Zealand from August 12 to 14, 2026. Founded in 2019 and held every two years, the exhibition is the largest and most professional exclusive exhibition for the elevator industry in New Zealand and Oceania, and is the core business platform for global elevator enterprises to enter the New Zealand and Oceania markets. The core planning of this exhibition includes: First, the total exhibition area is 6,500 square meters, and it is expected to attract 120 exhibitors from more than 15 countries around the world, with exhibits covering the whole industrial chain products and technologies such as complete elevator machines, escalators, moving walks, core components, intelligent control systems, maintenance equipment, and green energy-saving technologies. Second, the Oceania Elevator Industry Development Summit Forum will be held at the same time, inviting industry regulatory agencies, industry associations and technical experts from Oceania countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as Oceania market access policies, elevator standard updates, green low-carbon elevator technology, and old elevator transformation. Third, set up an innovative technology characteristic exhibition area, focusing on displaying cutting-edge products and solutions such as special elevators suitable for seismic zones and high-humidity marine environments, intelligent elevators, energy-saving elevators, home elevators, and barrier-free elevators. Fourth, the New Zealand Elevator Maintenance Personnel Skills Competition will be held at the same time to promote the improvement of the skill level of the elevator maintenance industry in Oceania.
