This standard applies to all types of elevator remote operation and maintenance systems. Core contents include:

first, terminal equipment specification, stipulating data collection accuracy, transmission stability, environmental adaptability of elevator IoT terminals, supporting multi-mode transmission of 4G/5G, NB-IoT, Ethernet, equipped with functions of edge computing, local cache, breakpoint resume;

second, transmission network requirements, clarifying indicators such as data transmission protocol (MQTT/HTTP), encryption method (AES-256/RSA), transmission delay (≤5s), packet loss rate (≤1%), ensuring safe and stable data transmission;

third, monitoring platform function, requiring platform to have six core functions: real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, early warning prediction, maintenance management, statistical analysis, emergency command, fault early warning accuracy ≥95%, response time ≤3 minutes;

fourth, operation and maintenance application specification, formulating whole-process standards for remote diagnosis, remote debugging, preventive maintenance, emergency rescue, customer service, clarifying digital management requirements for maintenance work orders, personnel scheduling and quality assessment;

fifth, data security guarantee, complying with Cybersecurity Law and Data Security Law, stipulating requirements for data hierarchical classification, storage encryption, access control, audit traceability, ensuring safety of elevator operation data and user data;

sixth, system compatibility, supporting access of different brands, different models, different ages elevators, realizing cross-brand data intercommunication, unified monitoring and management.

After implementation of this standard, it will comprehensively improve China's elevator intelligent operation and maintenance level, maintenance efficiency increased by 40%, failure rate reduced by 50%, providing Chinese standard solutions for global elevator intelligent operation and maintenance.
