Covers more than 1,200 elevator inspection institutions nationwide:

① Qualification rectification: clean up over-range inspection, affiliation and qualification rental, revoke qualifications of violating institutions;

② Quality rectification: 100% full trace, video recording and data upload for elevator inspections, eliminating "perfunctory, fake inspections and report fraud";

③ Personnel rectification: inspectors certified, regularly assessed, continuing education, uncertified personnel immediately dismissed;

④ Equipment rectification: inspection instruments regularly calibrated, precision up to standard, obsolete equipment eliminated;

⑤ Informatization: promote intelligent inspection platform, realize real-time sharing of inspection data and automatic early warning of abnormalities.


During the campaign, 100,000 elevator inspection reports were randomly inspected nationwide, 236 violating institutions were investigated, 58 typical cases were reported, elevator inspection pass rate increased from 89.2% to 97.8%, effectively preventing risks of inaccurate and missed elevator inspections.
