China Elevator Association Released the Group Standard T/CEA 0135-2026 Technical Specification for Elevator Remote Monitoring System
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Elevator Association, and is jointly compiled by the National Elevator Quality Inspection and Testing Center and domestic IoT technology enterprises. It is applicable to the design, development, deployment, application and operation and maintenance of remote monitoring systems matched with traction-driven lifts, hydraulic lifts, escalators and moving walks, and is the core supporting technical standard for elevator IoT and intelligent supervision. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the overall architecture of the elevator remote monitoring system, clarifying the core functions and technical requirements of each level according to the four-level architecture of "terminal perception layer - network transmission layer - platform service layer - application layer", and constructing a standardized framework for the elevator remote monitoring system; second, standardizing the equipment status data collection requirements, clarifying the collection list, collection frequency and collection accuracy requirements of the core elevator operation parameters, formulating a full-coverage collection parameter standard for the five core dimensions of elevator drive system, door system, braking system, safety components and operation status, and unifying the interface specifications and communication protocols for data collection; third, refining the data transmission specifications, clarifying the technical standards for transmission format, encryption requirements, transmission delay and breakpoint resumption of elevator remote monitoring data, formulating the adaptation requirements for different transmission methods such as wired, wireless and 5G, to ensure the real-time, integrity and security of data transmission; fourth, clarifying the core functional specifications, formulating special requirements for the six core functional modules of the elevator remote monitoring system, including real-time monitoring of elevator operation status, fault alarm and information push, maintenance task management, emergency rescue collaborative disposal, operation data statistical analysis, and historical data traceability query, covering the whole scenario requirements of elevator remote monitoring; fifth, improving the platform docking and data sharing specifications, clarifying the data docking standards between the elevator remote monitoring system and the national elevator intelligent supervision platform and 96333 emergency disposal platform, formulating the data intercommunication interface specifications between systems of different manufacturers, and breaking data silos; sixth, strengthening the network and data security specifications, clarifying the technical requirements for network security, data security, access control and emergency disposal of the elevator remote monitoring system, adapting to the national industrial Internet security standards and global data compliance requirements, and clarifying the special requirements for user privacy data protection; seventh, establishing a system test and evaluation system, formulating the methods and standards for functional test, performance test, compatibility test and security test of the elevator remote monitoring system, and establishing a system classification evaluation system, providing a unified judgment basis for system development, acceptance and application. The implementation of this standard has comprehensively promoted the standardized and normalized development of elevator remote monitoring technology in China, provided technical support for elevator intelligent supervision and intelligent operation and maintenance, and also provided standardized technical support for the global export of China's elevator IoT system and remote monitoring solutions.
