This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Elevator Association, and is jointly compiled by domestic universities, scientific research institutions and digital technology enterprises. It is applicable to the design, development, deployment, application and operation and maintenance of elevator digital twin systems, covering the whole life cycle digital management of elevator design, manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance, transformation and scrapping. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the overall architecture of the elevator digital twin system, clarifying the core functions and technical requirements of each level according to the five-level architecture of "data layer - model layer - platform layer - application layer - security layer", and constructing a standardized framework for the elevator digital twin system; second, standardizing the modeling requirements of elevator digital twin, clarifying the modeling standards and accuracy requirements of elevator geometric model, physical model, behavior model and rule model, and formulating refined modeling specifications for core equipment such as elevator drive main engine, door system, control system and safety components, to ensure the full-factor mapping between the digital twin model and the physical entity; third, refining the data interaction and fusion specifications, clarifying the technical requirements for data collection, transmission, storage and fusion of the elevator digital twin system, unifying the data interaction interface standards of elevator equipment, sensors, control systems and operation and maintenance systems, and realizing the fusion and intercommunication of multi-source heterogeneous data; fourth, clarifying the core functional specifications, formulating special functional requirements for the four core application scenarios of the elevator digital twin system, including whole life cycle visual management, intelligent fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance, emergency rescue simulation and drill, and elevator operation safety risk assessment, covering the core needs of elevator digital management; fifth, improving the network and data security specifications, clarifying the technical requirements for network security, data security, model security and access control of the elevator digital twin system, adapting to the national industrial Internet security standards and global data compliance requirements; sixth, establishing a system test and evaluation system, formulating the methods and standards for functional test, performance test, compatibility test and security test of the elevator digital twin system, and establishing a system classification evaluation system, providing a unified judgment basis for system development and acceptance. The implementation of this standard comprehensively promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of China's elevator industry, leads the standardized development of global elevator digital twin technology, and also provides standardized technical support for the global export of China's smart elevators and digital twin systems, further enhancing the leading position of China's elevator intelligent technology in the global market.
