This regulation is a local mandatory regulation for the elevator industry in Sichuan Province, covering the whole process of elevator production, operation, use, maintenance, inspection and testing, and emergency disposal. The core contents include: clarifying the rules for the collection and use of expenses for the renewal, transformation and repair of residential elevators; mandating the installation of intelligent monitoring systems for elevators in public gathering places and old elevators with a service life of more than 15 years; establishing a credit evaluation system for elevator maintenance units, and implementing joint punishment for dishonesty; refining the territorial management responsibility of elevator emergency rescue, and establishing a 15-minute emergency rescue circle. After the implementation of the regulations, it will fully standardize the order of the elevator market in Sichuan Province, strengthen the supervision of elevator safety, and promote the standardized development of intelligent elevator transformation and maintenance service industry in Sichuan Province.
