Enterprises can handle it online through the international trade "single window" without submitting paper materials offline; third, improving the customs clearance facilitation level of elevator products, implementing the customs clearance modes of "advance declaration", "two-step declaration" and "summary taxation" for import and export elevator products under RCEP, implementing "priority inspection and quick release", and implementing "immediate declaration and release" for elevator export enterprises with high credit rating, and the overall customs clearance time limit is reduced by more than 60%; fourth, establishing a response mechanism for technical trade measures of elevator products, jointly with the China Elevator Association to establish an early warning platform for technical trade measures in the RCEP regional elevator market, timely release information on access policies, standard updates and certification requirement changes of member countries, and provide compliance guidance and response services for enterprises; in view of the certification requirements for elevator products in RCEP member countries, promote the cooperation between China and ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and other member countries in the mutual recognition of elevator standards and certification; fifth, strengthening the trade compliance guidance for elevator enterprises, carrying out special training on RCEP policies for elevator export enterprises, compiling the Compliance Guide for Export of RCEP Elevator Products, guiding enterprises to standardize declaration and enjoy benefits in compliance, and helping enterprises avoid compliance risks such as origin fraud and false declaration; sixth, supporting elevator enterprises to expand the RCEP regional market, supporting the China Elevator Association to organize enterprises to participate in elevator exhibitions and industry docking meetings in RCEP member countries, building an online display and trading platform for Chinese elevator products in the RCEP region, promoting Chinese elevator enterprises to build overseas warehouses and after-sales service centers in the RCEP region, and improving localized service capabilities; seventh, improving supporting safeguard measures, establishing a tracking and monitoring mechanism for the benefit enjoyment of elevator product trade under RCEP, and timely solving the problems encountered by enterprises in the process of benefit enjoyment; set up a special window for RCEP elevator product trade services to provide enterprises with "one-stop" policy consultation, certificate handling and customs clearance coordination services. The implementation of this measure has fully released the policy dividend of the RCEP agreement, reduced the trade cost of Chinese elevator products in the RCEP region, improved the level of trade facilitation, will further promote the export growth of Chinese elevator products to ASEAN and Asia-Pacific markets, and help Chinese elevator enterprises deeply integrate into the regional industrial chain and supply chain system.
