Core contents of the standard: First, full coverage of scope of application, covering all categories of elevator shaft steel structures, machine room steel structures, retrofit elevator steel structures, escalator truss steel structures and moving walk steel structures, and specially formulates special acceptance requirements for steel structure engineering of elevator installation in existing residences; Second, design and material requirements, clarifying that the design service life of elevator steel structures is not less than 20 years, and the seismic fortification category is consistent with the main building. Steel structure materials must adopt high-quality steels such as Q235B and Q355B, the material quality must meet the national standard requirements, and material certificates and inspection reports must be provided; Third, construction and welding specifications, unifying the construction process, welding process and quality control requirements of elevator steel structures. Welders must hold certificates, welding quality must be subject to non-destructive testing, the weld flaw detection ratio is not less than 20%, and important welds must be subject to 100% flaw detection; Fourth, installation and acceptance requirements, clarifying the accuracy requirements, dimensional deviations, verticality and levelness indicators of steel structure installation, specifying the acceptance items, acceptance methods and acceptance procedures of steel structure engineering. Projects that fail the acceptance shall not be delivered for use; Fifth, anti-corrosion and maintenance requirements, clarifying the anti-corrosion treatment requirements of elevator steel structures. The thickness of surface anti-corrosion coating is not less than 120μm, and the anti-corrosion life is not less than 15 years. It specifies the regular inspection and maintenance requirements of steel structure engineering to ensure the safety of steel structure engineering throughout the life cycle.
