Core contents of the standard: First, system design requirements, clarifying that the design service life of the landing door and car door system is not less than 20 years, the number of door opening and closing cycles is not less than 1 million times, and standardizing the design requirements of the strength, stiffness, clearance, anti-pinch, and locking device of the door system; Second, material and manufacturing specifications, clarifying the material, thickness, and mechanical performance requirements of the landing door, car door panel, door frame, guide rail, pulley, and door lock device. The thickness of the door panel metal plate is not less than 1.5mm, and the door lock device must comply with the requirements of GB 7588 standard; Third, safety performance requirements, clarifying the safety requirements of mechanical strength, locking device, safety contact, anti-pinch protection, and emergency unlocking of the door system. The closing force of the car door is ≤150N, the response time of the anti-pinch device is ≤0.2s, and the meshing depth of the door lock device is not less than 7mm; Fourth, performance test requirements, unifying the test methods and judgment standards of door opening and closing time, operating noise, mechanical life, durability, and environmental adaptability of the door system, and the operating noise of the door system is ≤55dB; Fifth, installation and acceptance specifications, standardizing the on-site installation process, commissioning requirements, acceptance items and standards of the landing door and car door system, and clarifying the items and cycle of daily maintenance of the door system.
