Core contents of the standard: First, scope of application specification, covering all categories of elevator traveling cables, control cables, power cables, connecting wiring harnesses, flat cables and round cables, applicable to the whole process of R&D, production, inspection and acceptance of elevator cables; Second, bending fatigue test method, unifying the equipment requirements, test process, cycle times and judgment standards of elevator traveling cable bending fatigue test, clarifying the bending test parameters of cables with different lifting heights, and the minimum test cycle times are not less than 3 million times; Third, mechanical performance test specification, clarifying the test methods, equipment requirements, data calculation methods and judgment standards of cable tensile strength, elongation at break, wear resistance, tear resistance and impact resistance; Fourth, environmental adaptability test, standardizing the methods and requirements of mechanical performance test, oil resistance test, weather resistance test, waterproof and dustproof test of cables under high and low temperature environment, adapting to the complex operating environment of elevator shafts; Fifth, test report specification, unifying the content, format and data recording requirements of the test report to ensure that the test results are traceable, repeatable and verifiable.
