Core contents of the standard: First, overall system design requirements, clarifying that the design service life of elevator counterweight systems is not less than 20 years and the safety factor is not less than 5. It specifies the load calculation, strength calculation and stiffness calculation methods of counterweight systems to ensure the safety and stability of the system under various working conditions; Second, counterweight frame technical specifications, clarifying the material, structure, welding process and surface treatment requirements of counterweight frames. Counterweight frames must adopt steel structure welding, the welding quality must meet the requirements of GB 50205 standard, and the surface must be treated with anti-corrosion, with an anti-corrosion life of not less than 15 years; Third, counterweight block technical requirements, unifying the material, size, weight accuracy and structural safety requirements of counterweight blocks. Counterweight blocks can be made of cast iron, cast steel, high-density concrete and other environmental protection materials, the single block weight error is ≤±1%, and anti-falling and anti-displacement fixing structures must be installed; Fourth, guide and buffer device specifications, clarifying the technical requirements for counterweight guide rails, guide shoes and buffers. Counterweight guide shoes must be made of wear-resistant materials, buffers must meet the requirements of GB/T 7588 standard, and the collision distance between counterweight and buffer must be within the specified range; Fifth, installation and acceptance specifications, unifying the installation process, commissioning requirements and acceptance items of counterweight systems, clarifying the adjustment method and acceptance standard of counterweight balance coefficient. The balance coefficient must be controlled between 0.4 and 0.5 to ensure the smooth and safe operation of elevators.
