Core contents of the standard: First, management system requirements, clarifying that the user unit must establish five management systems: safety management, personnel management, equipment management, emergency management, and file management, and implement the main responsibility; Second, personnel management specification, clarifying the qualification requirements, job responsibilities, training and assessment requirements of safety management personnel and operators. Elevators in public gathering places must be equipped with certified full-time safety officers; Third, daily operation management, standardizing the process and requirements of daily inspection, maintenance supervision, inspection management, and hidden danger investigation, and clarifying the working mechanism of daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling; Fourth, service quality requirements, formulating elevator operation service quality evaluation indicators, clarifying the service standards for riding environment, emergency response, and complaint disposal, to improve the riding experience; Fifth, emergency management, standardizing the whole process requirements of emergency plan preparation, emergency drill, trapped person rescue, and accident disposal, and clarifying the emergency response time limit and disposal process; Sixth, file management, establish a full life cycle safety technical file for elevators, clarify the file content, retention period, and access requirements, to achieve full traceability.
