Core contents of the standard: First, system architecture specification, clarify the four-layer architecture of perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer, standardize the technical requirements of sensors, acquisition terminals, transmission networks, supervision platforms and application systems, realize the standardization of the whole "perception-transmission-computation-application" link; Second, data collection and transmission, unify the data collection items, frequency and format of elevator operation, vibration, noise, temperature, energy consumption, fault and maintenance, data collection frequency ≥100Hz, transmission delay ≤1s, support 4G/5G/NB-IoT multi-network transmission, data encrypted transmission complies with national network security standards; Third, functional performance requirements, clarify six core functions of real-time monitoring, fault early warning, emergency alarm, maintenance management, statistical analysis and remote diagnosis, fault early warning accuracy ≥95%, emergency alarm response time ≤5s, data storage time ≥5 years; Fourth, network security specification, the system must have identity authentication, data encryption, access control, vulnerability protection and intrusion detection functions, comply with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law and Data Security Law, prevent data leakage and illegal control; Fifth, test acceptance standard, unify the test methods and judgment standards of system function, performance, security and compatibility, clarify the installation, commissioning and acceptance process, providing a unified basis for the popularization and application of elevator IoT systems.
