Core contents of the standard: First, material specification, clarifying the material requirements for step chain pins, sleeves, rollers, and chain plates, which must adopt high-strength alloy structural steel, with clear limits on heat treatment hardness and metallographic structure; Second, structural design, stipulating the dimensional tolerances such as pitch, roller diameter, inner width of inner links of step chains, and clarifying the mandatory requirements of minimum tensile strength and safety factor ≥10; Third, performance requirements, fatigue life ≥40000 cycles, wear resistance ≤0.1mm/100 hours of operation, with clear indicators for low temperature and corrosion resistance; Fourth, test methods, unifying the equipment, process and judgment standards of tensile strength test, fatigue test, wear test and salt spray corrosion test; Fifth, acceptance and maintenance, clarifying factory acceptance items, installation and commissioning requirements, daily maintenance inspection cycle, scrap replacement standards, step chain wear exceeding 5% must be forcibly replaced.
