The number of elevators that each inspector is responsible for at the same time shall not exceed 800 units. Unlicensed inspection, certificate affiliation, and signing inspection reports on behalf of others are strictly prohibited; Third, inspection and testing behavior specification, clarifying that elevator inspection and testing must be strictly implemented in accordance with safety technical specifications and national standards. Inspection and testing institutions must record the whole process of inspection and testing. Inspection and testing records and reports must be true, accurate and complete, and the archiving period is not less than 6 years; Fourth, quality control system, inspection and testing institutions must establish and improve the quality management system, safety management system, and responsibility traceability system, conduct at least one internal audit and management review every year, and conduct full control of inspection and testing quality; Fifth, supervision and management and legal liability, the market supervision department implements "double random, one public" supervision and inspection on inspection and testing institutions. For institutions that conduct false inspections and issue false reports, revoke the qualification approval certificate, impose a fine of not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan, and impose a fine of not less than 20,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan on the directly responsible person in charge and directly responsible personnel. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued according to law.
