first, recycling system construction, establishing reverse recycling network of elevator manufacturer-maintenance unit-recycling enterprise, implementing trade-in, extended producer responsibility (EPR) system, elevator enterprises bear main responsibility for recycling, dismantling, recycling, scrap elevators 100% included in formal recycling channels;
second, green dismantling process, adopting mechanical dismantling, non-destructive cutting, intelligent sorting technology, replacing traditional flame cutting, violent dismantling, dismantling process no waste gas, no waste water, no dust, noise ≤70dB;
third, material sorting and recycling, dividing scrap elevator materials into six categories: ferrous metal (steel), non-ferrous metal (copper/aluminum), precious metal (permanent magnet), electronic components, plastic, hazardous waste, sorting purity ≥98%:
①Steel: recycled for elevator structure, construction steel;
②Copper/aluminum: recycled for motor, cable;
③Permanent magnet: recycled for traction machine, motor, value increased by 300%;
④Electronic components: repair and reuse, environmental dismantling;
fourth, hazardous waste harmless treatment, elevator waste oil, waste battery, oily sludge, paint residue all handed over to qualified enterprises for treatment, 100% safe disposal, zero pollution emission;
fifth, recycled product standard, formulating quality standards for recycled steel, recycled copper/aluminum, recycled permanent magnet, performance reaching over 95% of raw materials, directly applicable to new elevator manufacturing, component production, realizing "scrap elevator-recycled material-new elevator" closed loop;
sixth, supervision and certification, establishing green recycling enterprise white list, recycled product certification, carbon emission reduction accounting system, included in environmental credit, government procurement, tax preference support.
After implementation, annually save 5 million tons of iron ore, save 200,000 tons of copper/aluminum, reduce carbon emission 3 million tons, economic benefit over 10 billion yuan.
