Standard system: First, mechanical properties (0052.1), regulating bending, stretching, torsion and wear tests to test cable service life and fatigue resistance; Second, electrical properties (0052.2), detecting insulation resistance, withstand voltage, continuity and signal transmission stability to ensure electrical safety; Third, combustion properties (0052.3), implementing GB/T 18380 standards to test flame retardant, low smoke and halogen-free properties to prevent fire spread; Fourth, application scope, applicable to all types of elevator cables such as traveling cables, control cabinet harnesses and door machine cables; Fifth, implementation requirements, since July 2026, newly manufactured elevator cables must be tested according to standards and attached with qualified reports.
