On October 25, 2025, the Indonesia Elevator Association (IEA) officially issued an official announcement, confirming that the 2026 Indonesia International Elevator Exhibition (Elevator and Lift Indonesia 2026) will be held at the Jakarta International Exhibition Center in Indonesia from April 22 to 24, 2026. Founded in 2014 and held every year, the exhibition is the largest and most professional exclusive exhibition for the elevator industry in Indonesia, and is the core business platform for global elevator enterprises to enter the Indonesian and ASEAN markets. The core planning of this exhibition includes: First, the total exhibition area is 10,000 square meters, and it is expected to attract 190 exhibitors from more than 18 countries around the world, with exhibits covering the whole industrial chain products and technologies such as complete elevator machines, escalators, moving walks, core components, intelligent control systems, maintenance equipment, and green energy-saving technologies. Second, the ASEAN Elevator Industry Development Summit Forum will be held at the same time, inviting industry regulatory agencies, industry associations and technical experts from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as cross-border trade cooperation in the elevator industry under the RCEP framework, mutual recognition of ASEAN elevator standards, Indonesia market access policies, and old elevator transformation. Third, set up an innovative technology characteristic exhibition area, focusing on displaying cutting-edge products and solutions such as special elevators suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity environments, intelligent elevators, energy-saving elevators, home elevators, and barrier-free elevators. Fourth, the Indonesia Elevator Maintenance Personnel Skills Competition will be held at the same time to promote the improvement of the skill level of the elevator maintenance industry in Southeast Asia. Fifth, it is expected to attract more than 12,000 professional visitors from ASEAN, China, South Korea, Japan and other regions, covering core procurement groups such as construction developers, elevator distributors, engineering contractors, property management companies, and government bidding and procurement departments.
