Core contents of the standard: First, full life cycle risk assessment, covering risk assessment throughout the entire life cycle of elevator design, manufacturing, installation, use, maintenance, transformation and scrapping; Second, unified risk assessment methods, adopting a combination of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods, and clarifying the classification standards for risk levels; Third, comprehensive risk identification, sorting out all possible safety risks in the entire life cycle of elevators, including mechanical risks, electrical risks, functional safety risks, network security risks, etc.; Fourth, clear risk reduction measures, formulating corresponding risk reduction measures and priorities for different levels of risks; Fifth, standardized risk assessment reports, unifying the content and format of risk assessment reports, requiring that risk assessment reports must be objective, fair and accurate.
