Core contents of the standard: First, electrical control system safety requirements, clarifying the safety design requirements for electrical control equipment such as elevator PLCs, frequency converters, touch screens and controllers, specifying the technical indicators of hardware safety, software safety and functional safety, and requiring the control system to have fault self-diagnosis, safety redundancy and emergency shutdown functions; Second, information transmission safety specifications, unifying the safety protocols and encryption requirements for elevator internal bus communication and external network communication, stipulating that data transmission must adopt TLS1.3 and above encryption protocols to prevent data from being stolen, tampered with or forged; Third, network security protection requirements, clarifying the network security protection requirements for elevator IoT terminals, network equipment and platform systems, requiring the functions of firewall, intrusion detection, virus protection and vulnerability scanning, and regular security vulnerability scanning and repair; Fourth, data security management requirements, stipulating the classification and hierarchical management requirements for elevator operation data, maintenance data and personal information data. Personal information processing must comply with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law. The data storage period is not less than the remaining service life of the elevator, and data destruction must be thorough and irreversible; Fifth, test and acceptance specifications, unifying the test methods, acceptance standards and regular evaluation requirements for elevator information transmission and control safety, clarifying the qualification requirements for third-party testing institutions, and ensuring the safety and reliability of elevator information systems.
