Core upgrade contents of the standard: First, full coverage of acceptance scope, including passenger elevators, freight elevators, medical elevators, home elevators, escalators, moving walks, machine-room-less elevators and hydraulic elevators into the same acceptance standard for the first time, unifying basic acceptance requirements and special acceptance rules; Second, intelligent system acceptance requirements, adding acceptance standards for elevator IoT system, intelligent monitoring system, AI dispatching system and contactless elevator riding system, clarifying the acceptance process of function test, performance test and network security test; Third, construction process control, strengthening the mandatory requirements of handover inspection before elevator installation, concealed work acceptance during installation, and sub-project acceptance. Concealed works cannot enter the next construction process without acceptance; Fourth, detailed acceptance items, the original 23 acceptance items are refined into 68 items, adding special acceptance indicators such as leveling accuracy, operating noise, electromagnetic compatibility, barrier-free function, and emergency rescue, with stricter acceptance standards; Fifth, clear acceptance responsibility, clarifying the acceptance responsibilities of the construction unit, the installation unit, the supervision unit and the inspection agency, implementing the lifelong responsibility system of "whoever accepts, signs and is responsible", and the acceptance data must be permanently archived.
