Core contents of the standard: First, full category coverage, including passenger elevators, freight elevators, home elevators, escalators and moving walks into the same energy consumption test and evaluation system for the first time, unifying the basic test rules and evaluation logic; Second, unified test method, clarifying the operation process, equipment requirements, working condition settings and data calculation methods of laboratory test and field test modes, and standardizing the energy consumption test process under different working conditions of standby, no-load, full-load and half-load; Third, energy efficiency classification system, dividing elevator energy efficiency into five grades from grade 1 (highest energy efficiency) to grade 5 (lowest energy efficiency), clarifying the energy consumption limits of each grade for different types and specifications of elevators. The energy consumption of grade 1 energy efficiency elevators is more than 60% lower than that of grade 5; Fourth, correction of energy consumption influencing factors, setting correction coefficients for key factors affecting energy consumption such as lifting height, rated speed, use frequency and ambient temperature to ensure the objective and fair energy consumption evaluation results; Fifth, test report specification, unifying the content, format and data recording requirements of the energy consumption test report, and clarifying the qualification requirements and responsibility division of the test institution.
