Existing elevators are encouraged to install intelligent supervision devices. Elevators that are not installed as required will not pass the regular inspection; Third, improvement of emergency rescue system, elevator emergency rescue is included in the local emergency rescue system, an elevator trapped emergency rescue rapid response mechanism is established, the rescue arrival time in the main urban area is no more than 30 minutes, and the suburbs are no more than 1 hour; Fourth, strengthened maintenance management, elevator maintenance units must set up fixed business premises and maintenance teams in Sichuan Province, maintenance personnel must hold certificates to work, subcontracting of maintenance business is strictly prohibited, and the maximum fine for false maintenance is 100,000 yuan; Fifth, aging-friendly transformation requirements, existing residential elevators are encouraged to install aging-friendly devices such as barrier-free facilities, voice announcement, large-font buttons, and handrails. The renovation of elevators in old communities is supported to be included in the aging-friendly transformation projects, and financial subsidies are given.
