Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations; Second, design service life, clarifying that the design service life of new elevators shall not be less than 20 years, clearly marked on the nameplate and manual, and the user unit shall conduct assessment according to the service life; Third, scrap process, standardizing the whole process of elevator scrap application, assessment, demolition, disposal and cancellation. Demolition must be carried out by certified units, and use registration cancellation must be handled within 30 days after scrap; Fourth, recycling, requiring elevator manufacturers to establish a product recycling system, implement the extended producer responsibility system, the recovery rate of waste elevator metal materials ≥95%, and the harmless treatment rate of electronic components 100%; Fifth, supervision and management, clarifying the supervision responsibilities of market supervision, MIIT, environmental protection and other departments, incorporating elevator scrap into credit management, and imposing penalties on illegal disposal units according to law.
