Core changes of the new regulation: First, upgraded fire protection requirements, elevator shaft fire resistance limit increased from 1h to 2h, car interior materials must reach low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant V0 grade, landing door fire resistance ≥1h; Second, strengthened seismic performance, elevators must pass 9-degree seismic test, guide rails, brackets, and cars must be equipped with seismic buffer devices, adapting to the multi-seismic areas of Russia; Third, low-temperature operation requirements, elevator equipment must adapt to the extreme environment of -40℃~60℃, machine rooms and control cabinets must be equipped with temperature control systems, suitable for severe cold areas such as Siberia; Fourth, tightened EMC electromagnetic compatibility, implementing the latest IEC 61000-6 standard, radiation interference limit reduced by 30%, anti-interference level upgraded to industrial grade; Fifth, adjusted certification process, batch exemption is cancelled, each batch of elevators must pass type test + factory audit, certificate validity period shortened from 5 years to 3 years, annual supervision and audit ratio 100%. The new regulation will put forward higher technical requirements for Chinese elevator exports to the Russian market, and enterprises need to complete technical rectification and certification upgrade in advance.
