On November 12, 2025, the Argentine Elevator Association officially issued an official announcement, confirming that the 5th 2026 Argentina International Elevator Exhibition (Ascensor Argentina Expo 2026) will be held at the Buenos Aires Exhibition Center in Argentina from June 17 to 19, 2026. Founded in 2016 and held every two years, the exhibition is the oldest, largest and most professional exclusive exhibition for the elevator industry in Argentina and southern South America, and is the core business platform for global elevator enterprises to enter the markets of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. The core planning of this exhibition includes: First, the total exhibition area is 14,000 square meters, and it is expected to attract 240 exhibitors from more than 21 countries around the world, with exhibits covering the whole industrial chain products and technologies such as complete elevator machines, escalators, moving walks, core components, intelligent control systems, maintenance equipment, and green energy-saving technologies. Second, the Southern South America Elevator Industry Development Summit Forum will be held at the same time, inviting industry regulatory agencies, industry associations and technical experts from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and other countries to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics such as South American market access policies, elevator standard updates, infrastructure construction cooperation, old elevator transformation, and the development of the elevator maintenance industry. Third, set up an innovative technology characteristic exhibition area, focusing on displaying cutting-edge products and solutions such as special elevators suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity environments and seismic zones, intelligent elevators, energy-saving elevators, home elevators, and barrier-free elevators. Fourth, the Argentina Elevator Maintenance Personnel Skills Competition and Elevator Design Innovation Competition will be held at the same time to promote technological innovation and skill level improvement of the elevator industry in southern South America. Fifth, it is expected to attract more than 14,000 professional visitors from South America, North America, Europe, Asia and other regions, covering core procurement groups such as construction developers, elevator distributors, engineering contractors, property management companies, and government bidding and procurement departments.
