National Standard GB/T 39679-2025 Intelligent Identification Devices for Lifts Officially Released
This standard is formulated under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Elevator Standardization of China. It is applicable to various intelligent identification devices matched with elevators, covering the whole life cycle management of device design, production, inspection, installation and use. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the classification system of intelligent identification devices, dividing them into three categories: biometric identification (face recognition, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition), voice recognition, and non-contact induction recognition according to the identification method, and three categories: call control, authority management and safety monitoring according to the function, and clarifying the applicable scenarios and functional requirements of different types of devices; second, refining the core performance technical requirements, clarifying the mandatory indicators of identification accuracy, identification response time, false recognition rate and rejection rate of the intelligent identification device, stipulating that the recognition response time of the face recognition device under normal light is no more than 0.5 seconds, and the recognition accuracy is no less than 99.5%, and formulating special performance requirements for complex lighting environments such as strong light, backlight and low light; third, improving the safety protection and data security requirements, mandating that the intelligent identification device must have hierarchical authority management, operation log traceability and anti-tampering functions, formulating strict data security specifications for the collection, storage and use of biometric data, explicitly prohibiting the collection of personal information unrelated to elevator use, and biometric data must be stored encrypted and shall not be leaked or transmitted, which is strictly adapted to the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law; fourth, standardizing the environmental adaptability and reliability requirements, formulating the environmental adaptability test standards of the device for the high temperature, high humidity, vibration and electromagnetic interference environment in the elevator shaft and car, stipulating that the device must still meet the standard requirements after 1 million recognition cycle tests, and the design service life is no less than 5 years; fifth, improving the electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements, clarifying the insulation performance, withstand voltage performance and grounding protection requirements of the device, formulating the electromagnetic compatibility performance test standards, to ensure that the device will not produce electromagnetic interference to the elevator control system and other electrical equipment; sixth, improving the type test and factory inspection rules, clarifying the mandatory inspection items, test methods and judgment standards of the type test of intelligent identification devices, tightening the sampling rules and qualification judgment criteria of factory inspection, mandating that each device must pass the full project inspection before leaving the factory. The implementation of this standard has comprehensively standardized the production and application market of elevator intelligent identification devices in China, promoted the intelligent and high-quality development of the elevator industry, and also guaranteed the personal information security and data security in the elevator intelligent application scenarios, providing standardized technical support for the global export of China's intelligent elevator products.
