Maintenance units scientifically formulate personalized maintenance plans and determine maintenance items and maintenance cycles according to factors such as elevator IoT monitoring data, operation status, service life, fault conditions and use intensity; Second, full coverage requirements for IoT monitoring, by the end of 2027, all in-service elevators in the city must be equipped with IoT monitoring devices and connected to the Hefei elevator smart supervision platform to collect elevator operation data, fault data and maintenance data in real time. Elevators not equipped with IoT monitoring devices will not pass the regular inspection; Third, maintenance quality evaluation system, establish an elevator maintenance quality evaluation system, evaluate maintenance units from multiple dimensions such as elevator failure rate, trapped rate, rescue response time and owner satisfaction. The evaluation results are publicized to the society and linked to the credit rating of maintenance units; Fourth, supervision and management requirements, the market supervision department strengthens the supervision and inspection of on-demand maintenance work, and imposes penalties on maintenance units that fail to carry out on-demand maintenance as required, forge maintenance records, or have unqualified maintenance quality in accordance with the law. Those with serious circumstances will have their special equipment operation related licenses revoked; Fifth, transition arrangement, the period from June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is the transition period.
