Core contents of the standard: First, system coverage, clarifying the requirements of emergency lighting and evacuation indication system for the whole area of elevator car, shaft, machine room, control cabinet, landing and pit, covering all categories of passenger elevators, freight elevators, medical elevators and escalators; Second, emergency lighting performance requirements, clarifying the emergency lighting illuminance standards for different areas: the ground illuminance of emergency lighting in the car is ≥50lx, the ground illuminance of emergency lighting in shafts, pits and machine rooms is ≥20lx, the ground illuminance of emergency lighting at landings is ≥10lx, the emergency lighting start response time is ≤0.5s, and the battery life after power failure is not less than 90 minutes; Third, evacuation indication system specification, clarifying the setting requirements of evacuation indication signs at elevator landings, shafts and machine rooms. The evacuation indication signs must adopt dual mode of light storage type + electroluminescence. In case of fire, power failure and other emergencies, they can clearly indicate the evacuation direction and the location of safety exits, with a sign brightness ≥50cd/㎡; Fourth, power system requirements, the emergency lighting and evacuation indication system must be equipped with an independent emergency backup power supply, adopting dual power supply design, automatically switching to the backup power supply after the power grid fails. The backup power supply can adopt lithium battery or nickel-metal hydride battery, with a cycle life of no less than 1000 times; Fifth, inspection and maintenance specifications, unifying the items, methods and judgment standards of factory inspection, on-site acceptance and regular maintenance of the system. Emergency start test must be conducted once a month, battery life test once a quarter, and full performance test once a year. The service life of the system is no more than 8 years, and must be replaced compulsorily when the service life is reached.
