The São Paulo International Elevator Exhibition is the largest and most influential professional exhibition for the elevator industry in South America. It is held every two years and is the core channel for elevator procurement, technical exchange and agency cooperation in the Brazilian and Latin American markets. With the theme of "Innovation · Sustainability · Safety", the 2025 exhibition attracted more than 380 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions around the world, with more than 16,000 professional visitors, more than 85% of whom are real estate developers, engineering contractors, elevator agents and traders from Latin American countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Mexico. This Chinese delegation is uniformly organized by the China Elevator Association, which is the first large-scale concentrated appearance of China's elevator industry at the Brazil Elevator Exhibition. The core highlights include: first, setting up a themed exhibition area for China's elevator industry, divided into five exhibition sections: passenger elevators, hydraulic elevators, escalators, core components, and old elevator transformation, comprehensively displaying the whole industrial chain supply capacity and technical advantages of China's elevator industry; second, holding the China-Latin America Elevator Industry Cooperation Forum during the same period, inviting the Ministry of Housing and Construction of Brazil, the Brazil Elevator Association, industry institutions and large real estate groups from Latin American countries such as Argentina and Chile to participate, interpreting the access policy, standard requirements and market opportunities of the Latin American elevator market, and promoting the mutual recognition and cooperation between Chinese elevator standards and Latin American regional standards; third, organizing accurate one-to-one trade matching activities, receiving more than 2,200 purchasers from Latin America in total, and reaching intended cooperation orders of more than 120 million US dollars, covering multiple fields such as complete elevator export, core component supply, overseas maintenance services, and old elevator transformation cooperation; fourth, focusing on the high temperature, high humidity and earthquake-prone environmental characteristics of Latin America, displaying Chinese customized elevator products and technical solutions, focusing on promoting earthquake-resistant, anti-corrosion and high-energy-efficiency elevator products, which have been highly recognized by local purchasers. Brazil is the largest elevator market in Latin America and the core export destination of Chinese elevators in South America. This participation has further expanded the share of Chinese elevator products in the emerging Latin American market, built a core platform for Chinese elevator enterprises to deeply lay out the South American market, and promoted the whole industrial chain cooperation between China's elevator industry and the Latin American market.
