Core contents of the standard: First, evaluation system, establishing a six-dimensional evaluation system of "carbon emission management, low-carbon energy, resource recycling, clean production, green products, digital management", with a total of 42 specific indicators; Second, carbon emission accounting, clarifying the accounting boundary and method of scope 1, scope 2, and scope 3 carbon emissions of elevator factories, and unifying carbon footprint calculation rules; Third, grade classification, dividing zero-carbon factories into three grades: Grade A (near zero carbon), Grade AA (zero carbon), Grade AAA (net zero carbon). Grade AAA requires full value chain carbon neutrality; Fourth, technical requirements, clarifying core technical requirements such as photovoltaic coverage, green electricity use, recycled materials, energy-saving equipment, and carbon capture. Green electricity use ratio ≥80% and recycled material ratio ≥30% are core thresholds; Fifth, evaluation process, standardizing the whole process of enterprise declaration, third-party audit, grade evaluation, public announcement and certification, and annual review to ensure the objectivity and fairness of evaluation results. After the implementation of the standard, it will provide unified guidance for zero-carbon construction of elevator factories and help the industry achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
