1. Safety strengthening: Aligned with ISO 8100 standards, safety gears, speed governors, door systems upgraded, SIL certification;

2. Energy efficiency requirements: New elevators above level 2 energy efficiency, mandatory energy feedback, intelligent standby, carbon emissions reduced by 40%; 3. Cybersecurity: Smart elevators must comply with cybersecurity specifications, anti-hacker, data encryption, authorized access;

4. Old elevators: Annual assessment for over 15 years, mandatory renewal for over 25 years, unqualified elevators stopped;

5. Emergency rescue: Rescue arrive within 30 minutes when trapped, emergency power supply maintain 1 hour, national unified rescue hotline;

6. Import certification: Imported elevators must SAI certified, affix SAA mark, prohibited uncertified import;

7. Penalties: Maximum fine of 250,000 Australian dollars for violation, product recall, included in blacklist. Regulations comprehensively improve Australia elevator safety level.
