SGD31-GG-TZ2B2P Photoelectric Switch

A U-shaped photoelectric leveling and position switch with DC 12–30 V operation, fast response and separate NPN and PNP output leads.

U-shaped sensing slot

The open slot accepts the elevator leveling vane without mechanical contact.

Dual output leads

Separate yellow NPN and white PNP output wires support the applicable controller input.

Two mounting points

The housing provides two visible mounting holes for stable positioning and alignment.

Working Principle

Opposed optical elements monitor the open slot. When an opaque leveling vane enters the slot, it interrupts the optical path and changes the selected output state for the elevator controller.

Confirm DC 12–30 V and the required NPN or PNP controller input before wiring.

Mechanical match

Compare the housing, two mounting holes, sensing-slot position and cable route with the installation.

Installation check

Align the vane through the center of the slot without contact, then verify the output change during commissioning.

Wiring note: isolate power before connection and follow the visible red, black, yellow and white wire functions.
