This standard is formulated under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Elevator Standardization of China. It is applicable to the noise and vibration control of traction and positive drive lifts, hydraulic lifts, escalators and moving walks, covering the whole process of product design, manufacturing, installation, acceptance and transformation. Compared with the old version, the core upgrades of this revision include: first, reconstructing the classification system of noise and vibration limits, dividing the elevator noise and vibration limits into three grades: ordinary grade, comfort grade and high-end grade according to the rated speed, use scenario and building type of the elevator, clarifying the applicable scenarios and limit requirements of different grades, and adding special noise and vibration limits for ultra-high speed elevators with rated speed greater than 6m/s; second, refining the noise limit requirements for the whole scene, formulating the noise limits in the elevator car, machine room, landing station and adjacent residential indoor respectively. Among them, the indoor noise limit of adjacent high-end residential elevators is no more than 30dB(A), and the operating noise limit in the car is no more than 50dB(A), which is significantly tightened compared with the old version; third, improving the vibration control limit standards, clarifying the acceleration limits of vertical vibration and horizontal vibration of the elevator car. The vertical vibration acceleration of the high-end elevator car is no more than 0.1m/s², and the horizontal vibration acceleration is no more than 0.08m/s². The limit requirements for vibration transmission of elevator machine room and shaft structure are added to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the room through the building structure; fourth, standardizing the noise and vibration test methods, clarifying the unified standards of test environment, test instruments, measuring point layout and test conditions, and formulating special test procedures and data processing methods for high-speed elevators and super high-rise building elevators to ensure the accuracy and comparability of test results; fifth, refining the technical requirements for noise and vibration control, formulating special technical specifications for source control, transmission path control and end treatment of noise and vibration for the whole process of elevator design, manufacturing, installation and transformation, and clarifying the vibration and noise reduction design requirements of traction machine, guide rail, door system, shaft and machine room; sixth, improving the acceptance and evaluation standards, clarifying the on-site acceptance process, items and judgment standards of elevator noise and vibration performance, establishing a hierarchical evaluation system for elevator noise and vibration performance, and incorporating noise and vibration performance into the core indicators of elevator product quality and installation quality acceptance. The implementation of this standard has comprehensively improved the operation comfort and noise and vibration control level of elevators in China, promoted the upgrading and development of elevator vibration and noise reduction technology, and also promoted the full integration of China's elevator product noise and vibration control standards with the international market, further enhancing the core competitiveness of China's elevator products in the global high-end market.
