Core contents of the standard: First, construction of evaluation index system, constructing a green manufacturing evaluation index system including five dimensions: resource consumption, energy consumption, environmental emission, product green performance, and green management, with a total of 56 evaluation indicators; Second, unified evaluation methods, stipulating the process, methods and requirements of green manufacturing evaluation, adopting a combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation to comprehensively evaluate elevator manufacturing enterprises; Third, evaluation grade division, dividing elevator green manufacturing evaluation grades into three grades: A (excellent), B (good), and C (qualified), and clarifying the evaluation standards for each grade; Fourth, full life cycle evaluation, evaluating the green performance of elevators from four stages: product design, production and manufacturing, use and maintenance, and recycling, emphasizing the greening of the whole product life cycle; Fifth, application of evaluation results, clarifying the application scope of green manufacturing evaluation results, including government procurement, bidding, green certification, policy support, etc., encouraging enterprises to carry out green manufacturing.
