Core upgrade contents of the standard: First, updated complete machine test methods, comprehensively updated the test methods for elevator complete machine operating performance, safety performance, load test, braking test, etc., improving the accuracy and repeatability of tests; Second, improved component test methods, specifying in detail the test methods and judgment standards for core components such as traction machines, door operators, safety gears, speed limiters, and buffers; Third, new test methods for smart elevators, adding test methods and performance indicators for elevator intelligent control systems, IoT monitoring systems, AI fault prediction systems, and group control scheduling systems; Fourth, standardized energy-saving performance test methods, unifying the test methods and calculation standards for elevator energy feedback systems, intelligent frequency conversion systems, and standby energy consumption; Fifth, in line with international standards, equivalently adopting the relevant contents of ISO 8100-2:2025 international standard, realizing the full integration of China's elevator test method standards with international standards.
