Core contents of the standard: First, full category coverage, covering three categories: hydraulic buffers, polyurethane buffers and spring buffers, applicable to various elevators with rated speed of 0.4m/s~10m/s, unifying basic safety requirements and special performance indicators; Second, design and material specification, clarifying the design requirements of rated stroke, buffer force and reset time of the buffer. The seals of hydraulic buffers must be resistant to high and low temperature and aging. The material hardness, resilience and compression set of polyurethane buffers must meet the limit requirements. Spring buffers must be made of spring steel, with a fatigue life of no less than 1 million times; Third, safety performance requirements, clarifying the safety limits of maximum deceleration, average deceleration and impact times of the buffer. The maximum deceleration during buffering shall not exceed 25g, and the duration of deceleration exceeding 2.5g shall not exceed 0.04s to ensure personnel safety; Fourth, unified test method, standardizing the items, methods and judgment standards of type test and factory test of buffers, including stroke test, buffer force test, reset performance test, high and low temperature performance test, fatigue life test, and clarifying the test environment and equipment requirements; Fifth, installation and maintenance specifications, unifying the installation, commissioning and acceptance requirements of buffers, clarifying the items, cycle and judgment standards of daily maintenance and inspection. The service life of buffers shall not exceed 15 years, and must be replaced compulsorily when the service life is reached.
