This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Elevator Association, and is jointly compiled by the China Parking Industry Association and domestic car lift manufacturers. It is applicable to traction and hydraulic car lifts with rated load of 3000kg~10000kg and rated speed no more than 1m/s, covering indoor, outdoor, independent and shaft-type car lifts in all scenarios. The core contents of the standard include: first, establishing the classification system of car lifts, dividing them into two categories: traction type and hydraulic type according to the driving mode, and three categories: commercial parking building type, high-end residential type and 4S shop special type according to the use scenarios, and clarifying the applicable scenarios and core technical indicators of different types of lifts; second, refining the car structure and safety design specifications, formulating special strength design requirements for the car frame, guide rail system and door system in view of the overturning moment and impact load characteristics of cars entering and exiting the car, mandating that the car adopts 4 rigid solid guide rails, the car floor must pass the static load test of 150% rated load, and clarifying the special configuration requirements of the anti-collision device, wheel positioning device and warning device inside the car; third, improving the operation performance and safety protection requirements, clarifying the leveling accuracy, operation stability and acceleration/deceleration limits of car lifts, mandating that car lifts must be equipped with dual independent braking systems, anti-fall safety gear, overload protection device and vehicle wrong entry protection device, and formulating special requirements for door system anti-pinch and light curtain protection for the scenario of vehicles entering and exiting the car; fourth, standardizing the installation and acceptance requirements, clarifying the special construction specifications for shaft structure, foundation bearing and equipment installation and commissioning of car lifts, formulating on-site performance test standards for rated load, overload condition and eccentric load condition of car lifts, and incorporating car structure strength and braking performance into the mandatory items of supervision and inspection; fifth, refining the operation and maintenance and safety management requirements, formulating the cycle and project requirements for regular inspection and maintenance of car lifts in view of the high-load and high-impact use characteristics of car lifts, and clarifying the regular inspection standards and scrapping and replacement requirements for guide rails, braking systems, steel wire ropes and hydraulic systems. The implementation of this standard has comprehensively standardized the production and installation market of car lifts in China, promoted the standardized and normalized development of car lift technology, and also provided standardized technical support for the global export of China's car lift products, adapting to the supporting elevator procurement demand of the global parking industry's rapid development.
